Vermont Teddy Bear reveals a nostalgic event: In honor of Kevin Lepage

SHELBURNE– Vermont’s very own Kevin Lepage, a well-known local race car driver, is making an appearance at our factory in Shelburne, Vermont on September 29th. We will be honoring his last race at Thunder Road for the 55th Annual Milk Bowl. Vermont Teddy Bear was the first to sponsor Kevin in 1994, which then led to a very wonderful racing career throughout the past 20 years in NASCAR.

The event will be held at 6655 Shelburne Road in Shelburne, Vermont from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. It will be a fun-filled, nostalgic day with a raffle giveaway of a Vermont Teddy Bear Racer Bear with Kevin’s signature, meet and greet with Kevin, free factory tours all day long, and Handy’s Lunch will be on site.

Inspiration for the event came from Bill Shouldice, the CEO of Vermont Teddy Bear Company. “We are proud to once again be a sponsor for Kevin Lepage. He has brought great recognition to our brand in the past and we look forward to sharing this experience with the community one last time!” says Shouldice. “We love Vermont, the history it holds, and the people that reside here. Being a sponsor for Kevin in the 90’s was an honor, and it continues to be an honor as Kevin ends his racing career.”

“It’s very exciting to come back to Vermont and race my final race at the 55th Annual Vermont Milk Bowl at Thunder Road where I started my racing career,” says Kevin Lepage, “and having The Vermont Teddy Bear Company on my race car to celebrate 35 years of racing and over 895 races.”
